- The registration form must be filled in, signed and dated showing that the terms and conditions have been read and approved.
- In case of cancellation, the deposit can be used as a booking for the next training.
- The trainer has the right to cancel the training in case of a lack of participation or any other reasons that he will not have to explain. All the trainees will be warned as soon as possible and their fees will be fully refunded

□ I enclose a deposit of 1000£ to book a place . Check Bank should be made to Trade Spiritual healing Ltd. The remaining fees of 1500£ will be paid on the first day of the course at 8h30.
□ I authorise the use of my personal details in order to set up my birth vibratory identity card and my biorhythm of the day.
